Thanks for your interest in our community classes!

Classes take place at Glebe Fitness Dance Studio, 858 Bank Street (near 5th Avenue)

*No Classes on February 19 (Family Day) and April 2 (Easter Monday)

Intermediate (5+ years)  |  7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
You are developing a good technical foundation and enjoy fun rhythmic play. You’re working on more intricate rudiments, rhythmical combinations and advanced steps.  Expect friendly and fun classes with others who are eager to expand their tap dance terminology, and improve speed, clarity, and dexterity. Cost:  $225 (That’s $15/class x 15 weeks. 2% PayPal admin fees additional.)

Beginner Plus |  8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
You have about 1 to 2 years of experience at a beginner level and are ready to move forward!  You can expect to have fun exploring more complex rhythms, gain more musical knowledge, and explore a broader variety of combinations than you did in your beginner class. Be prepared to move at a slightly faster pace than your beginner class did, too. Cost:  $225 (That’s $15/class x 15 weeks. 2% PayPal admin fees additional).

Classes take place at Capital City Dance Studio, 1309 Carling Avenue (Westgate Shopping Centre)

Advanced Beginners (3+ years)  |  7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
You’ve mastered the basic rudiments/fundamentals, can shuffle-off-to-buffalo, and are ready to do more! You’re combining multiple-sound steps and dancing short rhythmical combinations and routines. Expect friendly and fun classes with others who love to tap dance have studied for at least 3 consecutive years…or who may be a bit rusty and are brushing up their skills! Cost: $225 (That’s $15/class x 15 weeks.  2% PayPal admin fees additional.)
